Jonas Jablonskis takes over the management of FIMA

From 22 September, Jonas Jablonskis starts managing the smart infrastructure solutions company FIMA. J. Jablonskis has been the Chief Commercial Officer of FIMA since 2016. He will take over as CEO from Vytenis Pinaitis, who has been acting in the role of interim CEO since the autumn of 2019. “In autumn last year, together with the management of FIMA, we started the reorganisation of the company in order to streamline operations and become more flexible and strengthen company's position in its field. A lot has been achieved, but we will continue working to make FIMA’s operations even more advanced and competitive. FIMA is one of the leading companies in smart infrastructure field and my personal goal is shared by the entire company, which is to strengthen our leadership and maintain our existing position,” said J. Jablonskis. J. Jablonskis is a long-term employee of FIMA, who started his career in the company in 2003. Since 2012, he has been Head of the Department of Contract Projects, and has held the position of Commercial Director since 2016. In recent years, J. Jablonskis has been responsible for Fima’s largest division. FIMA is a part of an international group of companies that, in addition to the company operating in Lithuania, includes SIA Fima (Latvia), FIMA Polska and Krakowskie Zaklady Automatyki (both in Poland). FIMA is headquartered in Vilnius, Lithuania, and has 450 employees. The main company shareholder is MVC Capital, a US investment fund listed on the New York Stock Exchange.
