FIMA Polska has been contracted to implement power supply and intelligent control and communications systems at Park Club, a luxury office and appartment building in Cracow (Poland).

The company has signed a contract with the general contractor, BUMA Contractor Sp. z o.o.Sp.k., undertaking a commitment to install the power supply networks, power distribition and lighting equipment, a UPS backup, lightening protection and earthing as well as cabling by the end of the year.

FIMA Polska is also to supply a low current system, fire alarm, video surveillance and access control systems, burglary and attack alarms, carbon monoxide and natural gas sensors. It will also install communications cables and equip technical systems in the appartments.

Park Club will be an eight-storeyed building with a total floor space of over 19,000 sq m, with 6,000 sq m allocated for offices.
