FIMA Polska was involved in a project to build a new server room in the Children’s Memorial Health Institute Warsaw (IPCZD).

As one of the project’s subcontractors, FIMA company was asked to design the project documents, to adapt the premises for a new purpose; to install an elevated floor; install power supplies, telecommunications as well as a FM-200 gas-based fire extinguishing system and to integrate it in to the building’s central system.

The project was a major challenge because of the short deadline – just two months were earmarked for designing and building the server room.

The Children’s Memorial Health Institute Warsaw (IPCZD) carries out research of the health of children, adolescents and young people. The institute also operates as a hospital. The IPCZD includes 17 clinics, 29 independent consulting clinics, a hospital pharmacy and a chain of specialised clinics.
