FIMA equips a new business centre in Warsaw

Back to News

West Warsaw Office, a modern new business centre, is taking shape in the western part of the Polish capital. This elegantly-designed four-storey building has a rentable area of 5,300 m2 and is complete with a 90-space underground car park. FIMA’s Polish daughter company, FIMA Polska, has introduced engineering solutions in the building.

The project has been commissioned by Swiss Home which is represented by experienced Polish and Swiss architects, lawyers and investment advisors.

Two solutions were offered by FIMA Polska - Trend Energy Master and a natural ventilation system that ensures high energy efficiency for the business centre. Poland’s first structural cable network of category 8 will allow data transmission speeds of 40 Gb/s via a single copper cable.

FIMA Polska also carried out electrical wiring and installed telecommunications technology systems and an automated integrated building management system (BMS) which enables centralised control of ventilation, air conditioning, natural ventilation and lighting systems as well as the remote meter reading.

The work is valued at more than EUR 500,000.
