FIMA announces changes in Senior Management

Vytautas Zinkevičius, the CEO of smart infrastructure solutions provider FIMA, is leaving the company. He has been with the company since 2007. Vytenis Pinaitis, the head of the company's Legal Department, will take over as interim CEO from November 8.

According to FIMA’s chair of the board Kristine Berzina, FIMA is a unique infrastructure technology company in the Baltic sea region in terms of its extensive engineering and project management expertise. “The primary goals of the FIMA Group today are to maintain and further strengthen its market leadership and implement company’s modernization strategy by creating a lean and agile organization that is prepared for coming year's market opportunities.  The company's management team comprises leaders in their fields who have gained the trust of their clients, partners and colleagues. I am confident that the combination of experience and the abilities of the FIMA management team will ensure that the company achieves its goals,” said Ms Berzina.

During his tenure with the company, FIMA has established itself as a leader in the modernisation of public and private infrastructure, gained the trust of partners and implemented many innovative and unique projects in the Baltic region. Vytautas is an experienced business development leader, and we wish him success in his future activities,” said the chair of FIMA’s board, Kristine Berzina.
